Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Technical Support Specialist - US (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for new clients during the implementation phase
- Assist in configuring, testing, and validating EHR software modules to meet customer-specific workflows
- Collaborate with Implementation Project Managers to ensure accurate technical setup and timely resolution of onboarding issues
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Healthcare IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare software support or technical implementation, preferably with EHR systems
- Familiarity with HL7, EDI, or healthcare data exchange standards is a plus
- Experience with support or ticketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Jira)
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
