Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain logs for quotes and production orders, and utilize the ERP-LX system
  • Assist with warranty claims, credit memos, and customer communication tasks
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or some college coursework preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Entry-level position; supervisory experience not considered
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Preference for candidates with SAP experience
