Key Responsibilities
- Provide general customer service support, including price quotes and order processing
- Maintain logs for quotes and production orders, and utilize the ERP-LX system
- Assist with warranty claims, credit memos, and customer communication tasks
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate degree or some college coursework preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Entry-level position; supervisory experience not considered
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Preference for candidates with SAP experience
