Job Summary

A company is looking for a CEP Technical Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical services, support, and training to internal and external customers
  • Manage all incidents from creation to resolution, ensuring documentation and a positive customer experience
  • Utilize troubleshooting tools to investigate and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support desk environment
  • Experience troubleshooting software and hardware, preferably with multiple software programs
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles such as Incident Management and SLAs
  • Experience with IT Service Management/ticketing systems
  • Experience in the hotel industry is highly desirable
