A company is looking for a CEP Technical Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical services, support, and training to internal and external customers
- Manage all incidents from creation to resolution, ensuring documentation and a positive customer experience
- Utilize troubleshooting tools to investigate and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support desk environment
- Experience troubleshooting software and hardware, preferably with multiple software programs
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles such as Incident Management and SLAs
- Experience with IT Service Management/ticketing systems
- Experience in the hotel industry is highly desirable
