Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Global/Strategic Customer Success Managers across APAC, NA, and EMEA
  • Establish OKRs based on overarching CSM, CS, and Company objectives
  • Facilitate onboarding and performance reviews for the Customer Success team
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 7 years in a customer-facing role within the AEC industry
  • 5 years in a global people manager role with responsibilities for coaching and mentoring
  • Strong people management skills with an empathetic, coaching approach
  • Experience with CRM or Customer Success tools, such as Salesforce or ChurnZero
  • Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
