Job Summary
A company is looking for a CSR Patient Access Center representative to deliver customer service in a high-volume call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and community health care providers via a high-volume call system
- Act as a patient advocate to resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Perform accurate registration interviews and manage appointment scheduling and insurance verification
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of data entry experience - Required
- 2 years of clerical/customer service experience, preferably in a health care setting - Preferred
- 1 year of experience with third-party payors and computer data input - Preferred
- 1 year of call center experience - Preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent - Required
