Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues related to purchase orders and logistics
- Support an assigned book of business by managing tasks such as PO support and logistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive Customer Success plans
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing
- Three (3) years of related experience and/or training
- Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel and Power BI
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business units
- Experience in managing customer inquiries and issues
