A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process release of information requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Perform quality checks and maintain equipment to ensure operational excellence
• Provide excellent customer service while managing incoming requests and maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required
• A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department preferred
• Strong computer software experience, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type 50 wpm and use office equipment such as fax, copier, and scanner
• Self-motivated team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
