Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch service excellence to executive-level travelers and handle incoming requests through various channels
• Utilize travel tools and systems to search, confirm, and manage travel reservations
• Guide customers on travel policies and fulfill requests related to regulations and travel supplier rules

Required Qualifications

• Experience in VIP travel
• Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes
• Strong skills in GDS Sabre
• Ability to maintain and expand knowledge of the travel industry
