Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide technical assistance to internal users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and manage inbound service desk calls, focusing on prompt resolution
  • Perform installations and upgrades of computers and manage PC lifecycle activities
  • Document solutions and escalate recurring problems as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma (or equivalent) with 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • General knowledge of IT functions
  • Experience supporting the Windows operating system in a domain environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
