Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage inbound service desk calls, focusing on prompt resolution
- Perform installations and upgrades of computers and manage PC lifecycle activities
- Document solutions and escalate recurring problems as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma (or equivalent) with 2-5 years of relevant experience
- General knowledge of IT functions
- Experience supporting the Windows operating system in a domain environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
