Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- Develop custom engagement initiatives in partnership with customer stakeholders to enhance user adoption
- Analyze customer engagement metrics and collaborate with internal teams to communicate value and drive improvements
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or Client Services within a SaaS organization
- Experience in the employee benefits space, particularly with People Operations/Benefits
- Proven ability to manage complex client environments and build trust across various organizational levels
- Strong experience in creating and executing tailored engagement strategies for clients
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
