Job Summary
A company is looking for a Concierge Specialist (Itinerary Sales) for the West Coast, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Create tailor-made end-to-end itineraries including accommodation, transportation, experiences, and trip concierge
- Take ownership of all aspects of the member's trip booking experience from initial request to feedback upon return
- Provide comprehensive and accurate travel documentation while hitting/exceeding individual and team targets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating itineraries at a Tour Operator, Travel Agency, or Travel Concierge
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury travel industry
- Experience in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
