Concierge Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge Specialist (Itinerary Sales) for the West Coast, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Create tailor-made end-to-end itineraries including accommodation, transportation, experiences, and trip concierge
• Take ownership of all aspects of the member's trip booking experience from initial request to feedback upon return
• Provide comprehensive and accurate travel documentation while hitting/exceeding individual and team targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• At least 2 years of experience coordinating itineraries at a Tour Operator, Travel Agency, or Travel Concierge
• Excellent knowledge of the luxury travel industry
• Experience in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
