Key Responsibilities
- Provides customer support via phone, email, or instant messaging to business customers, serving as the primary contact for inquiries
- Processes a high volume of customer inquiries and resolves a targeted percentage of those inquiries
- Tracks and documents inbound support requests and ensures accurate entry of customer information
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferable
- Knowledge of the company's products, services, and business operations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in customer service roles
- Ability to manage a dynamic and heavy workload
