A company is looking for an EHR Application Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifies and resolves issues with applications using agreed procedures and application management tools
- Provides first line investigation and gathers information for incident resolution
- Monitors service delivery performance metrics and assists with implementing remedies and preventative measures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Epic or applicable certifications required within 6 months of hire
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5-10 years of experience preferred
