A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers' inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions regarding coverage, rates, and billing issues
- Care for customers recently in accidents by demonstrating empathy and setting up new claim reports
- Offer customers additional products during service interactions
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Experience in customer service
- Must have a designated workspace free from noise and distractions
