Job Summary
A company is looking for a Collections Support 2 Hourly.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate payments and resolve delinquent accounts
- Manage multiple portfolios and perform skip tracing on required accounts using various systems and tools
- Engage in ongoing education with customers regarding terms, conditions, and alternative payment methods
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- At least one year of customer support experience in the transportation industry
- Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with skip tracing
- Proficient in computer skills, including Google Sheets and Office products
- Knowledge of FDCPA and applicable federal laws
