Collections Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Support 2 Hourly.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate payments and resolve delinquent accounts
• Manage multiple portfolios and perform skip tracing on required accounts using various systems and tools
• Engage in ongoing education with customers regarding terms, conditions, and alternative payment methods

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• At least one year of customer support experience in the transportation industry
• Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with skip tracing
• Proficient in computer skills, including Google Sheets and Office products
• Knowledge of FDCPA and applicable federal laws
