A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will assist customers in onboarding and using their Inventory and Order Management software platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product demonstrations and provide support during opportunity meetings
- Assist with onboarding, support, and training-related tickets efficiently
- Document and track all client interactions within internal software
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or a similar field
- 2+ years of experience with ERP or IMS programs
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse audiences
- Dedicated workspace and reliable internet connectivity
