Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will assist customers in onboarding and using their Inventory and Order Management software platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead product demonstrations and provide support during opportunity meetings
  • Assist with onboarding, support, and training-related tickets efficiently
  • Document and track all client interactions within internal software
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or a similar field
  • 2+ years of experience with ERP or IMS programs
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse audiences
  • Dedicated workspace and reliable internet connectivity
