Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers focused on mid-market to enterprise accounts
- Oversee the execution of the Customer Engagement Process across the team's Book of Business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and provide feedback for product improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success with at least 2 years in a management role
- Experience managing B2B SaaS customers at scale
- Proven success in executing onboarding, renewal, and expansion strategies
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-change environment
- Strong data-driven approach and ownership mindset
