Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Center Help Desk Specialist 2 to provide elevated technical support for clinical and business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for technical assistance and escalate issues as necessary
- Manage IT-related issues by updating, modifying, or removing software and applications
- Support and troubleshoot applications and systems while collaborating with team members to improve processes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; a 2-year degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
- Comp TIA A+ certification is preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented environment is required
- 2-3 years of call center experience is required
- 1 year of experience working with a ticketing platform for tracking and resolving needs is required
