Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Center Help Desk Specialist 2 to provide elevated technical support for clinical and business systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for technical assistance and escalate issues as necessary
  • Manage IT-related issues by updating, modifying, or removing software and applications
  • Support and troubleshoot applications and systems while collaborating with team members to improve processes


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; a 2-year degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
  • Comp TIA A+ certification is preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented environment is required
  • 2-3 years of call center experience is required
  • 1 year of experience working with a ticketing platform for tracking and resolving needs is required
