Carrier Retention Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Carrier Retention Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Uncover and resolve customer pain points to prevent service cancellations
• Monitor and facilitate commercial disconnects to ensure scheduled disconnections occur
• Assist with account maintenance and identify business solutions for customers nearing contract expiration

Required Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required; college degree strongly preferred
• Office experience preferred
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus
• Ability to manage detailed and process-oriented tasks
• Strong sales and customer service orientation
