Key Responsibilities
- Uncover and resolve customer pain points to prevent service cancellations
- Monitor and facilitate commercial disconnects to ensure scheduled disconnections occur
- Assist with account maintenance and identify business solutions for customers nearing contract expiration
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent required; college degree strongly preferred
- Office experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus
- Ability to manage detailed and process-oriented tasks
- Strong sales and customer service orientation
