Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Retention Representative to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from policyholders intending to cancel their insurance and assist them in understanding the importance of maintaining their coverage
- Make outbound calls to collect delinquent premium payments and resell policy benefits
- Record policyholder information for reporting and transactional purposes while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Some insurance and/or sales experience preferred
