- Train staff on sales best practices, objection handling, and creating positive customer experiences
- Support and grow relationships with credit union partners
Required Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience (current or recent)
- Ability to lead by example and inspire team success
- Professional demeanor with confidence to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Experience in outbound calling or member/customer engagement roles (preferred)
- Familiarity with financial services or credit union environments (preferred)
