Job Summary
A company is looking for a GCCS Outbound Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to welcome new policyholders and ensure policy accuracy
- Collect first premium payments to activate life insurance policies
- Assist with correspondence, error corrections, and special projects involving outbound calls
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience or professional environment experience
- Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license preferred but not required
- 1+ years of office experience preferred; telecommunications experience is a plus
- Demonstrated mathematical abilities and proficiency with a computer
