Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of telephonic patient engagement or customer service experience in a healthcare environment
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
- Able to work effectively in a remote environment with appropriate internet connectivity
