Key Responsibilities
- Proactively interact with clients to align marketing strategies with their business goals
- Complete marketing recap reports and meet with clients to review campaign performance
- Assist Senior Client Success Managers with tasks for large accounts and maintain strong client relationships
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of full-time experience in digital marketing or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with project management software
- Foundational knowledge of Pay-per-click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies
- Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data for comprehensive reporting
- Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills
