Casualty Claims Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Casualty Claims Director, Rideshare.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Liability Injury Claim Managers and oversee desk level Claims Professionals
• Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling and monitor claims data for process improvement
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and prepare comprehensive claims reports for clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPCU, AIC) and/or JD are a plus
• 5+ years in transportation claims management experience, ideally overseeing bodily injury claims for ride share operations
• 5+ years management experience, preferably in a remote environment
• Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems for better efficiencies
• Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and accountability in handling confidential information
