Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premium Assistance Customer Service Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to incoming calls from clients and assists with program questions
  • Reviews client documentation to determine eligibility for reimbursement and requests additional information as needed
  • Maintains professional relationships and completes daily goals while assisting in training new agents
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or contact center experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task and work under minimal supervision
  • Experience in critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Professional behavior and adherence to attendance and dress code standards
