A company is looking for a Premium Assistance Customer Service Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to incoming calls from clients and assists with program questions
- Reviews client documentation to determine eligibility for reimbursement and requests additional information as needed
- Maintains professional relationships and completes daily goals while assisting in training new agents
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or contact center experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and work under minimal supervision
- Experience in critical thinking and problem-solving
- Professional behavior and adherence to attendance and dress code standards
