A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
- Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
- Work in a high-volume production environment
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Comfortable working remotely and in a call center environment
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM EST
- No employment sponsorship eligibility
- Must meet health screening and vaccination requirements as specified
