Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues
  • Monitor and resolve tickets through the helpdesk system, including password resets and software access issues
  • Perform audits and maintenance of IT assets and oversee the patch management process for security compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • A+ Certification or similar (CompTIA, MTA, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with endpoint management tools like NinjaOne and JAMF
  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS environments
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and lifecycle management
