Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues
- Monitor and resolve tickets through the helpdesk system, including password resets and software access issues
- Perform audits and maintenance of IT assets and oversee the patch management process for security compliance
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- A+ Certification or similar (CompTIA, MTA, etc.) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools like NinjaOne and JAMF
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS environments
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and lifecycle management
