A company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate Senior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide insights and reviews for team members
  • Participate in mentorship and training for new hires and peers
  • Lead customer success engagement for high interaction accounts and manage complex renewal opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • Experience managing Inside and/or Mid-Market accounts
  • Ability to manage accounts end-to-end without intervention from Sales
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience
  • Proven ability to meet retention and activity targets consistently
