A company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate Senior.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide insights and reviews for team members
- Participate in mentorship and training for new hires and peers
- Lead customer success engagement for high interaction accounts and manage complex renewal opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience managing Inside and/or Mid-Market accounts
- Ability to manage accounts end-to-end without intervention from Sales
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience
- Proven ability to meet retention and activity targets consistently
