Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish).

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls and emails to military veterans and service members, addressing their questions and concerns
  • Investigate and analyze cases to find appropriate solutions and maintain communication regarding diagnostic appointments
  • Update the Office Management System with relevant information and document communications accurately
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
