A company is looking for an International Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and emails to military veterans and service members, addressing their questions and concerns
- Investigate and analyze cases to find appropriate solutions and maintain communication regarding diagnostic appointments
- Update the Office Management System with relevant information and document communications accurately
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
