Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (West Coast).
Key Responsibilities
- Field inbound customer calls and initiate outbound calls regarding order entry issues
- Enter orders into CRM and process payments while confirming orders with customers
- Assist in setting up customer eCommerce accounts and participate in special projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Availability to work from 8am to 5pm PST or MST, Monday through Friday
- Experience with CRM systems and order processing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to continue education on products and processes
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
