Job Summary
A company is looking for a Spending Accounts Customer Service Specialist to provide customer support and services to clients in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Adjudicate and process claims according to client, IRS, and corporate standards
- Manage and resolve client reimbursements and claims submissions
- Communicate with clients regarding their Spending accounts and process related transactions
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate/GED; Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of professional phone customer service experience
- Experience in benefits management, specifically with Spending Accounts (FSA, HRA, HSA)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Experience with claims processing and reimbursement processing systems preferred
