Key Responsibilities

• Own the investigation and resolution processes for provider escalations stemming from various reports
• Develop and implement operational procedures and training materials for managing provider escalations

Required Qualifications

• Background in clinical operations, clinical risk management, compliance, or patient safety
• Experience in health tech environments is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in building workflows to enhance efficiency and improve experiences
