Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, ensuring timely and accurate transaction closures
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation in transaction files
- Serve as the point of contact for all deal stakeholders, coordinating necessary documentation and scheduling
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination/processing preferred
- Experience with the real estate transaction process at a high volume is strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, paperless environment
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
