Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist I - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries regarding software usage and troubleshoot related issues
- Maintain logs of customer interactions and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with the Product team to enhance software and provide customer feedback
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical and customer support, preferably in the technology/SaaS industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Previous experience in a remote position is preferred
