Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist I - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding software usage and troubleshoot related issues
  • Maintain logs of customer interactions and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with the Product team to enhance software and provide customer feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical and customer support, preferably in the technology/SaaS industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Previous experience in a remote position is preferred
