Key Responsibilities
- Respond to tickets and phone calls, maintaining service level agreements
- Document troubleshooting activities in a centralized ticketing system
- Provide remote technical support and assistance for various applications and software
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role
- Minimum of one year of experience as a technical support provider
- Experience in a Service Desk/Call Center environment preferred
- CompTIA certification or equivalent highly desirable
