A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide technical assistance to clients and merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical support issues related to point of service (POS) products and document the solutions provided
- Maintain and update knowledgebase with new information regarding POS products, policies, and regulations
- Utilize various databases to assist clients and ensure accurate records of inquiries and problems are kept
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Typically a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Preferred minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the payments industry
- Basic computer skills and ability to develop knowledge in the payments industry
