Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Representative to manage patient scheduling and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and online requests to schedule patient appointments based on clinical indicators
  • Handle general inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction to increase patient retention
  • Confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments while following up to gather necessary patient information
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least two years of experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales-driven environment
  • Ability to type 35 WPM or greater
  • Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
