Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and online requests to schedule patient appointments based on clinical indicators
- Handle general inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction to increase patient retention
- Confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments while following up to gather necessary patient information
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least two years of experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales-driven environment
- Ability to type 35 WPM or greater
- Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
