A company is looking for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent to provide customer service and support for Medicare clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to retain current customers and resolve issues
- Process calls in accordance with policies, procedures, and federal regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and document customer interactions accurately
Required Qualifications
- High School education or GED required; must be 18 years or older
- Active and current Health or Health & Life/Accident license required
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service or telemarketing
- Experience with Internet, Windows applications, and email services
- Must be eligible for immediate release from any contract with a former upline
