Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispute Analyst to handle incoming dispute claims and first payment defaults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intake, analyze, and resolve dispute claims while ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal partners throughout the dispute process
  • Research disputes to determine validity and assist in contacting past due customers for resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or 1 year of relevant experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports
  • Proficiency in Word Processing, Spreadsheet, and Internet software
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
  • Experience in dealing with standardized situations involving concrete variables
