A company is looking for a DC Client Service Manager - Taft Hartley.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of administrative services for Taft Hartley Retirement Plans
- Resolve client inquiries and issues while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Document client interactions and maintain compliance with internal standards and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or high school diploma with equivalent business experience
- Experience in Financial Services or Customer Service
- Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet and database applications
- Developing knowledge of ERISA and foundational 401k compliance
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with excellent time management skills
