Job Summary

A company is looking for a DC Client Service Manager - Taft Hartley.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of administrative services for Taft Hartley Retirement Plans
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues while maintaining high client satisfaction
  • Document client interactions and maintain compliance with internal standards and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education or high school diploma with equivalent business experience
  • Experience in Financial Services or Customer Service
  • Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet and database applications
  • Developing knowledge of ERISA and foundational 401k compliance
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with excellent time management skills
