Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and accurate information
- Collect and record detailed patient demographic information and conduct insurance verification
- Maintain and update patient account information, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with EHR/Epic systems
- Knowledge of health insurance policies and patient financial services
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
