Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Registration / Insurance Verification Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and accurate information
• Collect and record detailed patient demographic information and conduct insurance verification
• Maintain and update patient account information, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with EHR/Epic systems
• Knowledge of health insurance policies and patient financial services
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
