Key Responsibilities
- Process medical record requests and provide status updates to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
- Document inquiries and resolutions in software systems while adhering to department processes
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- One year of experience in data entry, medical records, or insurance claims processing is beneficial
- Ability to complete a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher
- Must pass annual HIPAA examination and adhere to health screening requirements
