A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process medical record requests and provide status updates to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
  • Document inquiries and resolutions in software systems while adhering to department processes
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • One year of experience in data entry, medical records, or insurance claims processing is beneficial
  • Ability to complete a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher
  • Must pass annual HIPAA examination and adhere to health screening requirements
