A company is looking for a Weekend Scheduler (Eastern Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize work orders for hospitality customers and emergencies during weekends
- Provide scheduling support to service markets during the workweek to ensure operational continuity
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to drive customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of previous scheduling or routing experience
- Willingness to work Wednesday through Sunday
- Customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing excellent service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
