Wisconsin Licensed Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Nurse RN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telephonic nurse triage services and patient education
• Coordinate patient care management and continuity of care
• Analyze and resolve care quality and access issues

Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree (or higher) in Nursing
• Active RN License in the state of Wisconsin or Compact State License (NLC)
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical or managed healthcare setting
• Ability to work scheduled hours and be on call for one weekend day every 4-6 weeks
• Access to a designated workspace with secure high-speed Internet
