A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the highest level of technical escalation for critical customer issues
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and in-depth analysis of technical issues across various platforms
  • Partner with Engineering teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in technical customer support or systems engineering, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS
  • Proven ability to configure Windows operating systems and perform preliminary dump-file analysis
  • Deep technical expertise in troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
  • Strong experience with API integration, scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash), and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including firewalls and TCP/IP troubleshooting
