A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process medical record requests by handling calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
- Document information across multiple platforms using dual computer monitors
- Work effectively in a high-volume production environment
Required Qualifications and Education
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM EST
- Experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred
- Comfortable with processing and managing sensitive information
