Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure continuous value
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer goals and providing proactive recommendations
  • Monitor customer health metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience working with SMB customers, particularly in the automotive or heavy-duty repair industry, is a plus
  • Familiarity with SaaS recurring revenue models and renewal motions
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms is a plus
