Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to work with their West coast based customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with a global CSM team
- Partner with Account Managers to create value and support customer renewals and growth
- Serve as a product expert and advocate for customer needs throughout the contract lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in helping Enterprise and Mid-Market customers achieve their goals
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, growing, and deadline-driven environments
- Experience navigating an Enterprise organization's political landscape
- Proven ability to support 30-40 Mid-Market and Enterprise customers simultaneously
- Bonus points for a master's degree or equivalent experience
