A company is looking for a Customer Service Senior Representative to handle inquiries and provide support in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails regarding insurance claims and policies, addressing inquiries and complaints
- Perform research to respond to inquiries and interpret policy provisions in accordance with established procedures
- Resolve customer complaints independently and strive to meet call center metrics while ensuring excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- A dedicated workspace with no distractions
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to remain calm and helpful in difficult situations
